Can Lis Residencies, located at Jørn Utzon’s iconic house on Mallorca, offer a unique opportunity for architects and others linked to the Danish architecture scene. Managed by the Danish Arts Foundation in collaboration with the Utzon Foundation, these residencies aim to foster the artistic dimensions of architecture both domestically and internationally. The residency site is notable for its aesthetic appeal and architectural consistency, featuring modest furnishings and located atop a cliff. It provides a conducive environment for architects to engage deeply with their work, emphasizing research and cross-disciplinary dialogue. The residencies are available for periods ranging from 13 to 26 days, during which residents may also apply for travel and transport cost funding.
