Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Reviewed by Artists ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of all reviews, photos, and other content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Reviewed by Artists a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and related channels.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

Review guidelines

Reviews must be honest, based on your personal experience, and written in good faith. The following content is prohibited:

• False or misleading information
• Defamatory, abusive, or hateful language
• Personal attacks against individuals
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Content that violates any applicable law
• Reviews for residencies you have not attended

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

Intellectual property

The Platform's design, branding, and original content are owned by Reviewed by Artists and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reviews or information on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewed by Artists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
