Skogshyddan AIR offers a peaceful residency environment situated by the sea in the village of Skogby, between Tammisaari and Hanko, Finland. This residency is designed for artists, researchers, and creative practitioners who seek a serene setting to advance their work. With residency periods ranging from two weeks to three months, Skogshyddan AIR provides private accommodations in a historic 100-year-old log house, surrounded by natural beauty. Although there is no dedicated studio space, residents can work within their apartments. The residency encourages collaboration and interaction with local networks and other creatives, making it ideal for those interested in community-based and interdisciplinary projects. Applications are evaluated by a curatorial team, and residents are selected based on their proposed work plans.
