The Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL) partners with The Art House in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, UK, to offer two fully funded two-month artist residencies annually for international visual artists from Commonwealth or former Commonwealth countries, the US, EU/EEA, or Switzerland who have not yet exhibited or worked in the UK.
